I/We understand that this self-disclosure cannot be demanded of us, but that the landlord bases the decision on a possible tenancy on the complete and truthful information provided herein and makes this a precondition.
As part of this voluntary self-disclosure, I/we provide the landlord and agent with the following information regarding a possible tenancy of the property named above:
1. I/We declare that I/we am/are able to meet all obligations arising from the tenancy agreement, in particular the provision of the security deposit as well as the rent plus service charges.
2. I/We declare that the information provided above is complete and truthful. If a tenancy agreement is concluded, false statements may result in the annulment or termination of the tenancy without notice.
3. I/We consent to the landlord obtaining a SCHUFA consumer credit report from SCHUFA Holding AG, Wiesbaden, for the purpose of letting. A SCHUFA self-disclosure report may also be submitted on request.
4. The agent and landlord are entitled to use this voluntary self-disclosure solely for the purpose of letting.
